There are only two companies in the UK that have a sold certification for sheds, and we are one of them.
We have a bronze sold secure certification for the sheds themselves, however we do use the Oxford anchor 10 which is silver and also the oxford padlock which is a gold standard.
Only the bronze certification is available for the sheds themselves.
There are now 2 specifications for SBD Sheds, In the Secured By Design New Homes Guide 2019 to 2024, the SBD sheds were for a preferred specification as below.

Cladding:** 16x125mm 5th & 6th Scandinavian Redwood Tongue & Grooved Shiplap
Floor:** 11mm OSB3 with 38x50mm runners
Roof:** 11mm OSB3 with 38x50mm runners
Felt:** 20kg green mineral felt fixed with 13mm galvanized clout nails
Windows:** None present
Nails:** All nails are ring-shanked galvanized
Ironmongery:** 8” BZP Tee hinges with coach bolts through hinge; Heavy-Duty Galvanized Hasp & Staple bolted through the door; Oxford Sold Secure, silver standard padlock; Oxford Floor Anchor
Treatment:** All external timber is treated with Premier Q oil-based wood preserver.
The price for the 2019-2024 spec 8×6 SBD Shed as above is

In the 2025/26 New Homes Guide, the SBD Shed has to be certified to SS301 Sold Secure, bronze rated specification for which we hold and is attached if needed.

We are finding that the Police designing out crime officers that are checking the sheds are allowing and passing the 2019 to 2024 specification still as most contractors tenders were put in before the new 2025 specification came out.
We can manufacture any size that is needed for both specifications.
